Rick Deschenes

Executive Director

Rick has worked at Pine Rock Manor since 1996, filling many roles within the organization before taking over as Executive Director in 2005. He is passionate about making sure his residents are provided with the best care possible. He has been a valued asset to Pine Rock’s success over the years and under his leadership, Pine Rock is highly respected in the medical community. He looks forward to continue to serve the senior population in Warner and its surrounding towns.


Coral Grady

Health Services Director

Coral is a Registered Nurse and the current Health Services Director for Pine Rock Manor. She earned her degree from Excelsior College in NY and has 8 years’ experience in Long Term Care and 3 years’ experience in management. While nursing is her main passion, Coral also volunteers her time to the American Legion Auxiliary, helping veterans and their families. She loves her team at Pine Rock Manor, and her long term goals are to continue her education and live a life that doesn’t include shoveling snow.


Jean Gallagher

Dietary Supervisor

Originally from northern Maine, Jean moved to Warner after spending some time in Florida. She has worked in account management for a software company and dining services for assisted living communities since moving here. As Pine Rock Manor’s Dietary Supervisor, Jean gets satisfaction out of knowing that she is assisting our residents with a higher quality of life. She has three sons and two grandchildren, and enjoys spending time reading.



Tina Davis

Activities Director

Tina has worked in many roles, including spending two years as Activities Assistant, eight years as a Rehab Technician, and many more years’ experience as an LNA before taking her current role as the Activities Director at Pine Rock Manor. When she’s not overseeing our residents’ activities program, she enjoys sewing, spending time with her family, and weekend rides with her husband. Together, she and her husband enjoy going out to eat and shopping for their daughter.


Kimberly Peterson

Business Office Manger

Kimberly joins Pine Rock Manor's team after recently moving to the area from Minnesota. In Minnesota, Kimberly worked in the local high school's front office, focusing on the athletic and activities department. She worked with students, parents, teachers, and coaches on a daily basis and brings her ability to stay organized with her to her new job.

"The Pine Rock community feels like family. I enjoy coming to work every day," Kimberly said.

Kimberly and her husband love living in New Hampshire so far. Together they have two grown kids, two miniature schnauzers, and one grand-dog. They bought an antique home (225+ years old), and spend most of their spare time restoring their cozy cape. They also enjoy exploring New England, visiting historic sights, antiquing, relaxing at home and enjoying their view of the river.



Catherine Cournoyer

Community Relations Director

Catherine hails from a small town just outside of Maine called Millinocket. She is a proud graduate from the University of Maine where she obtained her Bachelor of Social Work. Using that degree, Catherine has 25+ years of experience in the human service field working with children, teenagers, adults and seniors through various aspects of life and addictions.

The people are what keep Catherine's job pleasurable. "I love the residents, the families and the staff.. it all truly feels like a team!"

Catherine enjoys running, yoga and working out. Together with her husband Jim, they've successfully raised five wonderful children in Concord, NH.



Kevin Schofield

Building Services Manager

Kevin has worked in director level positions for over 25 years in the health care industry. He's dabbled in a bit of everything, from safety, maintenance, environmental services, safety and compliance, to food services. He also served in the military for 23 years, holding positions in the infantry, military police, field artillery and food services.

"The best part of being a part of Pine Rock's family is how well kept the community is. Everyone has a sincere desire to make the quality of life better for residents and staff," Kevin told us.

In his free time, Kevin spends time with his wife of 18 years, three kids, and three grandchildren. Retired from the military, Kevin really enjoys spending time at home, playing guitar or banjo, hiking, walking, riding bikes and boating with the family.

Here at Pine Rock Manor, we specialize in compassionate memory care for seniors suffering from Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other forms of progressive memory loss. Our carefully tailored memory care program is designed to create a safe and dignified space for these residents. Whether residents require assistance with housekeeping, transportation, or general safety monitoring, our professional staff is here to help. We are also continuously organizing various activities to strengthen our residents’ minds and keep them engaged on a daily basis.

Compassionate & Supportive Short-Term Care

Pine Rock Manor also offers a respite care program, designed specifically for seniors who need temporary memory care services. This is a great resource for seniors who need help recovering from a hospital stay or require assistance while their primary caregiver is away. Short-term residents are welcomed like they are family and can take advantage of all of the amenities our full-time residents enjoy.
